Good evening Eastside family. We need all players and cheerleaders to attend practice this week. We are doing certifications at practice so if you have not turned in all of your paperwork it needs to be done this week or your player will not be certified. Please make sure you have the following paperwork in.
-Original Birth Certificate,
-Proof of address,
-Physical
-AYF certification paperwork.
